Rehoming Syco

Let’s rewind to 1 year ago…….

… Meet little Syco. He was handed to a vet with his brother. Unfortunately his brother collapsed and died shortly afterwards. After the vet investigated and checked then both over they found a lot of ulcers in his brothers mouth and Syco had one in his mouth and one on his bum. We collected Syco from the vet and we are trying our best to keep him as healthy and safe as possible. We had flea and wormed him and after settling him down for over 24 hours he had a bath as he had a mass of poo around his bum. After cutting all the poo away we found that his ulcer was in fact an abcess, so we treated the site and he is all clean he will feel a bit better. He has a runny tummy so is also on a sensitive belly diet. Fingers crossed he starts to gain some weight as he is extremely skinny. Thank you to whoever found these kittens and took them to safety. We will try our very best with him. He is in isolation away from the other cats and kittens at the moment so we can keep a very close eye on him.

And fast forward a year…….

Little Syco in his forever home, he has had a few hiccups along the way with a few vet trips but is now fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now happy living in Ramsgate with his mummy, his furry sibling and his none furry brother.

Stay safe and be happy Syco boy 😘
