Getting Jeff Home

We were tagged on a few Facebook groups about a deceased cat that was found in Rochester. A lovely man had picked the cat up, wrapped him up and kept him safe. We explained we could attend and check for a chip.

We scanned the cat and he was chipped, his name was Jeff. He was a beautiful large black boy with a black collar on with a diamanté bow on it. We called and text the phone number on the chip.

There was no answer so we kept Jeff with us and eventually we received a text message on return asking if they could call later about their cat, they didn’t know what had happened to him at the time.

Jeff was reunited with his mum and dad, unfortunately this is the second cat that has tragically passed in the past couple of years that we’ve taken home. Jeff had been missing for two weeks and was found around 3 miles from home.

Rest in paws heaven beautiful boy xxx

Thank you to Alan and Emma for keeping Jeff safe and allowing us to help.
