Getting Dixie Home

We were tagged on a Facebook group about a deceased cat that was found in a back garden in Gillingham last night. We explained we could attend and check for a chip but it was a little late for the finder for us to attend so a time was set for today to attend. One of our animal welfare officers attended and checked for a chip. The cat was chipped and her name was Dixie, a beautiful British shorthair that had been missing for 48 hours.

Little Dixie was taken to Medway Park Vets who now await further instructions from the owner as to what she would like to do with her baby.
