Getting Waffle Home

This morning a post went up this morning about a ginger tabby who had been knocked over by a car near Strood train station and had not survived. They tried to get help from rspca, train station and local people but no one knew the cat.
They eventually wrapped up puss and had to leave the area.
Later in the afternoon another post went up about a ginger cat deceased in the same area. One of our admin (Abigail) went to see if the puss was still waiting to be found, which unfortunately he was.

He was chipped and chip details had a home number and address.
Abigail left an answer phone message asking owner to ring back. She also door knocked but there was no reply.

Abigail phoned and agreed a time to take waffle home to his family. ( human and furry )
He was a very loved big boy

Rest in paws heaven little darling xxx
