Deceased Ginger Tabby Cat Found Foxburrow Close Rainham

We were tagged on a Facebook group about a deceased cat that was found in a garden along Foxburrow Close in Rainham.

We attended as soon as we could and checked the cat for a chip, unfortunately no chip was found. Judging on the larvae on and around the cat it looks as if the cat has been there for around 4 days. On closer inspection it looks as if the cat had an abcess that had burst on his rear hind and he succumbed to fly strike and subsequently passed away.

He isn’t chipped and is quite a large cat. He was wearing a red glittery collar pictured below:

If you recognise the description of this cat please get on touch with us by texting to 07803322297, we will keep him safe and keep searching for an owner.

Rest in paws heaven little dude.

Thank you to the finder for all of your help and reporting.
