Getting Ewok Home

Yesterday we were tagged on a Facebook post about a cat that was running across Walderslade Road in Chatham, those that know this road well know how dangerous it is. The cat was following people around and kept crossing the road. A lovely lady and her children saw the cat as did her neighbour. They quickly picked the cat up and took the cat indoors to safety, then they placed a post up on Facebook to try and locate an owner.

The lady was going to try and get the cat to a vet for a chip check today, but unfortunately her husband was working long hours and she had young children, so she got in touch with us to see if we could help. We explained we could check for a chip to try and locate an owner.

We attended and checked the cats chip and she was chipped! Her name is Ewok, a beautiful cuddly black and white cat. We rang the first number on the chip and spoke with the owner.

We then returned Ewok back home where she belongs.

Stay safe beautiful girl xxxx

We would like to thank everyone involved in keeping Ewok safe, especially as there were fireworks last night and some awful weather earlier today.
