Deceased Female tortoiseshell cat found Toronto Road Gillingham

While the founders of ALFIK were half way across Kent with a fox a post was shared that a cat was in an RTA in Toronto Road, Gillingham. One of our local volunteers put call the midwife on record, and headed out in the rain to chip check.
Luckily Khloe and Aden were waiting in the road by the cat so it was easily found. A black and white cat was waiting with the deceased cat too ( under a car but did not want to be touched ).
Unfortunately the cat was not chipped, so was wrapped in a towel and bought back to HQ.
The cat was soaking wet and filthy from the road, but when rubbed with a towel ginger and white could be made out on this small cat. The cat is tortoiseshell and only looks around 1 year old.

Thank you the member who shared from another group and for Khloe and Aden for being so helpful
