Getting Simba Home

We received a message this morning about a cat that was found deceased in Northfleet beside the North Kent Police station in a recreational ground. We attended as soon as we could.

After a little searching we managed to locate the cat. We checked for a chip and he was chipped, his name was Simba, a beautiful, fluffy, ginger and white Tom. We rang the phone number on the chip and sent a text message but there was no reply, so we decided to go door knocking.

As we arrived at the address there were a few neighbours near the property and they explained that the occupant wasn’t home. We explained why we were there and they were all terribly upset as they knew the cat too. They quickly rang one of the family members for us and she left work to come home. We waited for her to arrive and explained what we thought had happened to their beloved baby.

Simba will be laid to rest later on today. Rest in paws heaven beautiful boy xxxxx
