Getting Burdock Home

One of our volunteers were tagged in a post about a deceased cat that was seen in Sittingbourne this morning. She attended to collect and check for a chip, the cat was chipped and her name was Burdock. When we checked the name on the chip we recognised the name of the owner. We called and text but there was no answer, so Danielle our volunteer decided to take Burdock away from the area to safety until the owner could get back in touch.

Around half an hour later we received a call from Burdocks owner, we explained what had happened and that Danielle could bring her baby home.

Burdock was a feral cat that had only just recently warmed to the human touch, such a beautiful girl.
