Getting Sul Home

We received a phone call late last night from a lady who was marshalling an event in Cuxton, she explained she had got our number from the 101 service as she found a dog running around on Cuxton road and was about to be hit by cars, so she had tied him up safe in a car park along that road and wanted someone to chip check.

We attended as soon as we could to check the dog for a chip. The dog was chipped and his name was Sul, a very large but very scared boy. We tried both phone numbers on the chip and also sent a text message with no reply, so we decided to go door knocking.

We untied him and proceeded to place him in the vehicle.

Half way to the address we received a call back from a man who explained he wasn’t at home but his father in-law was and could we please get him safe. Sul was Reunited with his family within 5 minutes from chip checking.

Stay safe big man xxxx
