Getting Ollie Home

We received a phone call this morning about a cat that had been hanging around in a couples garden on City Way in Rochester for two days straight. He wouldn’t leave the garden or back door and was sitting in the rain.  We said we could attend and check for a chip ASAP.

The cat was very affectionate and was a long haired tabby. We checked him for a chip, and he was chipped! His name was Ollie. We rang the mobile number on the database with no luck, so rang the house phone number and a lovely man answered. He explained he hadn’t seen Ollie for a few days and neither had his neighbour as Ollie liked to sleep in their garden too.

We organised to take Ollie home within the hour, placed him into a cat box and took him home.  Ollie was found 1 mile away from home. The owner was over the moon to see him.

Stay safe gorgeous boy xxxx
