Getting Theo Home

We received a phone call from a lovely lady who explained that a ginger cat had been found behind the Cashino Games shop in Chatham High Street.  She further went on to explain that the cat was originally stuck in some decking behind the shop and they had managed to get him free and place him into a box safe.

We attended as soon as we possibly could and checked the cat for a chip.  He was chipped and his name was Theo.  After ringing both numbers on the database we quickly found out that the details were not up to date,  so we placed Theo into our cat box and proceeded to go to the last known address on the microchip.

We arrived at the address,  but the occupier was not the owner.  So we put a plea out on our group, Facebook page,  Twitter and instagram account to see if anyone recognised him.  We then proceeded to take him back with us so he was somewhere warm and safe.

Within one hour we had a hit on who the owner may be,  then the owner was tagged on the post and rang us.  We explained to them about his little adventures and said we could bring him home as soon as possible.

Theo had been missing since Wednesday last week.

The owners will be updating Theo’s microchip details as soon as possible.

On behalf of my family and myself, we would like to thank the lovely ladies that reunited us with our very much loved Theo. We was beginning to think the worst. Thankfully he is back home and happy to be so. You all do an amazing job. i can’t thank you enough! he is quite a character that usually doesn’t wander very far………… how he got to the high street will always be a puzzle but, we are so pleased that he is back home in the warm ruling the house again.
Many many thanks to you all.
