We were tagged in a group on Facebook about a cat that had been involved in an RTA in Gillingham. We attended immediately and scanned the cat for a chip. Thankfully the finders had placed a towel over the cat and kept her safe for us.
She was chipped and her name was Boo Boo. She didn’t live far from where she was found, so we went and knocked on the address that was held on the microchip database but no answer. So we rang and text the phone numbers on the microchip also with no answer.
We thought it may be a little early in the morning for anyone to be awake or that they had gone to work so we kept Boo Boo safe in our care until we could get a hold of the keepers.
After an hour or so of calling someone answered the phone, we explained what had happened and that we could bring Boo Boo home.
Boo Boo was reunited with her family and her furry mum and sister also had the chance to say goodbye.
Rest In Paws Heaven little darling xxxx
