We were sent an inbox via Facebook about a jack Russel that had been found near Gillingham train station. A lovely young girl had picked him up away from harms way. She tried calling the dog warden with no answer and was on her way to Strood train station on the train.
She then asked us if we could get to Strood train station for 5:30pm as that is when her train was arriving. We left immediately and waited on her train to arrive so we could scan him for a chip.
He was chipped and his name is Billy a jack russel from Gillingham. We proceeded to check the details stored on the microchip database, however the the phone number wasn’t up to date. So we placed Billy in the car and proceeded to take him with us to the last known address on the microchip, the finder could not hold onto him any longer.
Thankfully the address on the database was correct and Billy was safely reunited with his owner.
Be safe Billy xxxxx
Whoop whoop – stay safe Billy ❤️
