Getting Queenie Home

We were tagged on a Facebook post a couple of days ago about a small black cat that had been hanging around a woman’s garden seeming very confused and lost.  They cat then left and returned again today,  so the woman managed to contain the cat in a car basket for us to check for a microchip.  We arrived and checked her and she was chipped,  her name was Queenie and she was born in 2005.

We checked the database and there was  a transfer of ownership pending on the chip,  so we rang the new owners and quizzed them as to what was on the chip details and everything matched.

Queenie had been missing for approximately 10 days and was reunitedreunited within the space of half an hour due to her microchip being kept up to date.

Be safe Queenie xxxxxx
