We were called out today to a cat that had been involved in a road traffic accident by the Strand roundabout in Gillingham, Kent. The cat did not survive unfortunately. A lovely lady called Lil witnessed most of what happened to the cat and was very upset, she got in touch with one of her friends Susan that knew about what we do and forwarded Lil to us. Lil managed to pluck up the courage to move the cat to safety until we got there to check for a chip.
The cat was chipped, his name is Arnie. We managed to get him home where he belonged within 10 minutes of arriving.
We cannot stress just how important it is to get your pets chipped and keep the details up to date. Thankfully in this case they were.
Rest In Paws Heaven little Arnie xxxxxx
